Waking Nights Support Worker Position
Walsingham Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Maryport. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to our service users, helping them to reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
- Work from a care plan to ensure that support is tailored to the needs of each individual.
- Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for those we support.
- Build genuine relationships with service users and their families.
