We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Maryport. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Female Support Worker, you will be working from a care plan, providing help with day-to-day living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and social interaction. You will also have the opportunity to work with our service users to help them reach their full potential.

Location: This role is based in Maryport, where you will be supporting four individuals with complex needs. The shift pattern is 11pm to 7am, and you will have the option to take on additional hours.

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
