Care and Support Worker

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live a fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing.
- Manage medications and administer correct dosage.
- Cook and prepare hot meals as required.
- Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
Requirements:
- Driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights.
- Ability to form strong relationships with clients and their families.
