Strategic Finance Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Management Accountant to join the Spencer Clarke Group in the vibrant and innovative manufacturing company, based in Workington.

The company, established for decades, is renowned for its expertise and innovation, boasting a worldwide presence and collaborating with prominent brands. With a strong commitment to excellence, they strive to maintain their position as leaders in their field.

This permanent role involves supporting the Finance, Operations, and Sales Teams on a day-to-day basis, providing detailed analysis across the business to facilitate continuous improvement, growth, and expansion.

• Manage and report on the financial performance across projects and locations.
• Forecast and ensure compliance with financial regulations across the UK and Europe.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reports, including management accounts, cash forecasts, and project reports.
• Collate and analyze financial data, providing detail on trends, forecasts, and budgets.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally hold AAT level 4 qualifications and be committed to progressing to chartered status. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP software are highly desirable.
