About the Role:

Dearham Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious, and self-motivated Apprentice Learning Support Assistant to join the team. As a member of our staff, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students, and visitors.

This fixed-term post offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in teaching assistance. You will work closely with teaching colleagues to promote effective participation, enhance learning, and raise aspirations to help all children achieve their full potential.

The estimated salary for this position is £6,400 per annum (FTE), reflecting the importance of this role in supporting teaching and learning. You will study towards the CACHE Level 2 or 3 Support Teaching and Learning in school and gain valuable experience in the field of education.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be well-organised, and self-motivated. Your up-to-date knowledge and understanding of educational practices and procedures will enable you to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
