  6. Manage team performance, resolve conflicts, and work closely with HR as needed.">
  7. Compile figures for reporting, attend meetings, and escalate issues in a timely manner.">
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet targets for efficiency, costs, and on-time delivery.">
