Home Group is seeking a skilled Development Manager to lead our residential projects in the North-West region. This exciting opportunity will see you deliver mixed-tenure new home schemes on time and to budget, ensuring excellent results for our customers and communities.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with developers and contractors to manage budgets and expenditure, meeting performance targets while delivering real value. You will also oversee compliance and design-led quality across all developments, keeping our customers' needs at the heart of every decision.

This is a unique chance to shape your own diary around work and personal commitments, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes two days in our office at Maryport and the others across our development sites and from home.

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience, delivering multi-site residential led development sites to design standards. You will have strong knowledge and experience in the planning system and laws to implement compliant and approved schemes.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus great benefits including cash Health Plan saving you up to £1140 per annum. You will also enjoy 34 days leave (increasing to 39), the option to buy 5 more days off, and time off for volunteering too.
