ERP Implementation Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Implementation Manager to join our team at New Balance. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.

The salary for this role is approximately £55,000 per annum, plus benefits.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. To be an active member of the ERP implementation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  2. Obtain a detailed understanding of the Flimby finance function and its relationship with all other areas such as EMEA Finance, US Value Chain Finance, factory production, purchasing and planning, style development, warehousing, etc.
  3. Support end user testing, corresponding system training and go-live.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for analysis, excellent organizational and planning skills, and the tenacity to see things through to conclusion. They will also be flexible and adaptable.
