Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, and track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
  2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  3. Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  5. Performance Tracking: Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
  7. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
