Sales Account Manager

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to build and implement strategic business plans, drive growth, and align with the wider Away from Home channel objectives.
The successful candidate will have previous commercial and customer management experience, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships quickly and delivering joint business plans. They will also possess excellent relationship-building skills, be forward-thinking and proactive, and have a results-oriented approach with high levels of commercial awareness.
As a key member of our 'On the Go' team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing collaborative business plans with customers to create joint business plans that align with both CCEP's and customer goals.
- Commercial contract management, including leading the negotiation, renewal, and implementation of commercial contracts across your portfolio.
- Promotional planning and ROI, including the design and execution of promotional strategies to boost new distribution and Rate of Sale (ROS), while optimising CMA and OPEX budgets to hit financial targets.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including an excellent pension scheme, CCEP share plan, 2 paid volunteering days per year, 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, flexible benefits, and development opportunities.
