Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales and Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and execute client strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
