Internal Coffee Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Internal Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Midas, a leading multinational manufacturer of commercial coffee and foodservice equipment. As an Internal Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance within existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Your core responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, increasing sales volume through strategic upselling, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across our national accounts, particularly within the coffee and foodservice sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the coffee and foodservice industry to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Conduct regular account reviews to monitor performance, uncover missed sales opportunities, and drive new business development.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at both head office and site levels to ensure long-term client retention and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Visit clients at their head offices and discuss how our coffee and catering equipment can help optimise their operations and sales strategy.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in sales, key account management, and a passion for the foodservice and coffee industries. Candidates with a track record of business development and strong client relationship management will be highly desirable. We require a strong background in selling non-food products, particularly foodservice equipment or coffee machines, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to account management.
