An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Generalist to join Manpower UK Ltd, a leading global employment agency with expertise in finding top talent for clients across various industries.

As a HR Generalist, you will be the primary point of contact for all line managers and employees, providing clear and consistent application of employee policies and practices. This role is a full-time temporary position for 12 months, working 39 hours a week, with a salary range of up to £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and case management, including knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. You will also have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, building trust and confidence with stakeholders, as well as the ability to influence.

This role requires a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting trends, recommending solutions, and coaching line managers to take action. You will work side-by-side with teams across HR, providing support and subject matter expertise to address queries or problems.

In this role, you will champion positive health and wellbeing, promoting resources available to support employees. You will also provide coaching and support to line managers in employee experience, helping employees and the business to thrive.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have great attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
