An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Human Resources Specialist to join Unilever's global FMCG company based at their manufacturing facility in Derbyshire.

This full-time temporary role, lasting 12 months, offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000-£35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

As a key member of the Employee Experience team, you will be responsible for providing clear and consistent application of employee policies and practices. Your primary focus will be on creating positive key employee moments such as onboarding, career growth, and time off.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations and case management, including knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with trust and confidence.

You will work closely with teams across HR, providing support and subject matter expertise to recommend appropriate actions to address queries or problems.

Boldly stated, this role requires someone who can deliver great customer experiences, spot opportunities to improve processes, and handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.

Salary: Up to £30,000-£35,000 per annum, pro rata
