Senior Human Resources Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of company policies and practices, ensuring effective talent management and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain awareness of internal and external developments to enhance our company's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development function to manage and develop employee performance to the highest standards.
- Provide coaching on best practices to managers, focusing on leadership development and self-awareness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and processes, keeping managers informed where necessary.
- Promote effective recruitment and appointment processes to strengthen the site.
- Work with the L&D function to ensure the site has the necessary skills and expertise to operate effectively through resourcing and talent management.
- Deliver and manage the company induction programme to integrate new and temporary employees into the business during their probation period.
- Maintain accurate records of training and ensure it remains up to date.
- Monitor pay and benefits accurately to provide timely information for the company pay review process.
- Review employee performance regularly and promote personal development among managers.
- Oversee the fair and consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, adhering to best practice and new developments.
- Manage the budget for Training and Development in OSI FSUK.
- Continuously develop and improve the HR function and its delivery.
- Experience working within the Food industry as a HR Professional.
- Strong managerial skills and ability to lead a HR team.
- A competitive salary package, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, and pension scheme.
- Estimated annual salary: £60,000 - £70,000 based on industry standards and location.
