Help Desk and Support Professional

We are seeking a Help Desk and Support Professional to join our team at Fynity, a globally recognized Fintech business. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization, working closely with various teams to resolve technical issues.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and resolving IT tickets efficiently, managing first and second line issues, reviewing and approving system configurations, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. This role requires strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management, solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
You will receive competitive compensation, ranging between £36,000 - £38,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus, as well as opportunities for career growth, certifications, and flexible hybrid work arrangements.
