As a Sales and Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique. Your role will involve creating and executing a business plan to achieve our goals through exceptional customer relationship management and leadership.

Compensation Information
- A competitive industry salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Essential SkillsYou will require:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve success
- Experience in creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all our team members to have a good work-life balance, so please discuss your availability with the hiring manager before/during the interview
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
