Role Overview

  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets, driving growth through new recurring revenue, remedial services, and project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Group Sales Director to refine and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and seizing emerging market opportunities.
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to actively up-sell and cross-sell to existing clients.

  • A background in sales management with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
