Administrative Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our company in Glasgow, working with one of our major UK supermarket clients. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, professional, and efficient administrative support to the Account Director and senior leadership team.
The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a high level of organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business.
- Provide full administrative support to Account Director and all senior leadership team.
- Direct the work of two administrators, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality administrative support and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Diary management, scheduling calls / meetings etc.
- Task management, ensuring team workload comprising regular and reactive tasks is carried out to highest standard and agreed deadlines.
- Coordination of appropriate projects for the senior leadership team and extended business.
- IT literate with advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business.
