Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Optimisation Specialist to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group's largest ready meals facility in Rogerstone. This factory-based role focuses on improving processes, yields, and efficiency in low-risk food manufacturing.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach, strong organisational skills, and a data-driven mindset to contribute to the company's technical and operational excellence.

About the Role

In this role, you will spend most of your time on the production floor, working closely with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Optimising processes and conducting trials to improve yields and efficiency
  2. Collecting and analysing data for product specifications and improvements
  3. Managing critical paths, trials, and project deliverables
  4. Ensuring food safety, quality, and legal compliance
About You

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process improvement, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to new challenges.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 33 days annual leave, a company pension scheme, and exclusive employee discount platform.

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
