Job Introduction
**Asset Coordinator - Newport - Hours Mon - Fri - 07.30-17.00**

To provide support to the operational network through location and movement of the company assets to the correct point of hire, as driven by customer demand, either from existing fleet or through the processing of capex purchase orders.

Your key accountabilities will be:

- Reactively locate assets based on requests sent into the AIC inbox
- Use AX12 and relevant reporting data to assist in find the relevant assets from within the existing hire fleet.
- To raise capex purchase orders to replenish the existing fleet or to provide additional hire items for new demand or growth.
- To pro-actively ensure that orders placed have been delivered to locations and been receipted in line with company procedures - Open Order Monitoring.
- Liaise with AIC Transport Planner to ensure movement of the kit to desired location, within the specified times.
- To support the Asset Optimisation Manager in maintaining the daily histogram report which drives the daily replenishment program in the network
- To perform any other reasonable duties as specified by the Asset Optimisation Manager
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
