Regional Business Developer

This role offers a chance to earn a competitive salary, with the potential for additional revenue through meeting collection volume goals. As an Area Sales Representative with Tuffnells, you will be responsible for driving business development by actively seeking new clients and onboarding them onto our platform. With a reliable vehicle and a knack for sales, you will be able to build strong relationships with SME clients and manage collections for a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by approaching and onboard new clients
- Utilise Tuffnells marketing materials to raise awareness and generate interest in your local area
- Conduct a simple sign-up process with customers and coordinate with internal Tuffnells team to set up the first collection
- Provide high-level customer service, addressing client needs during collection visits and escalating issues as appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, handling daily collections and becoming a reliable point of contact
- Manage collections for a designated geographical area, acting as the face of Tuffnells for local clients
- Wear branded clothing and apply vehicle branding to build Tuffnells' visibility and credibility in your region
- Meet collection volume goals to increase earnings through additional SME acquisitions and consignment pickups
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Customer Service Representatives for support on large accounts or complex client inquiries
