We are seeking a skilled sales leader to join our team as Director of Sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and exceed sales targets while working in a dynamic organization.

The estimated yearly earnings potential for this role is up to $150,000, with a comprehensive compensation package including Paid Time Off (PTO). We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can effectively lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and sales success, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will serve as a key strategic partner, ensuring the team's success is tied directly to their ability to grow and perform at a high level.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and Hiring: Proactively recruit and hire sales agents to grow the team and meet quotas.
  • Agent Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure agents excel in their roles.
  • Performance Accountability: Hold agents accountable for sales goals, productivity metrics, and team standards.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead team sales and business meetings, script practice sessions, and lead generation efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven success in recruiting, training, and managing sales professionals. You should also have experience in negotiating contracts and guiding agents through complex sales transactions.
