About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology (CAAP Adult) to join our team at NHS National Services Scotland. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to adults with various mental health issues.

This role involves working independently, managing your own caseload and utilizing specialist techniques to provide effective psychological therapies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an honours degree in psychology and a post-graduate Masters level degree in Psychological Therapy. Relevant clinical experience and strong communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health services to adults.
  • Manage own caseload and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This role requires a fully qualified driver with a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence.
