Mental Health Specialist Position in Ayrshire

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology (CAAP Adult) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to adults with various mental health issues.
As a Clinical Associate, you will manage your own caseload, utilizing specialist techniques and maintaining accurate clinical records. You will also collaborate with clinical psychology colleagues and other professionals to deliver a comprehensive psychology service.
To succeed in this role, you must possess an honours degree in psychology and a post-graduate Masters level degree in Psychological Therapy. Relevant clinical experience and strong communication skills are also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mental health services to adults.
- Manage own caseload and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This role requires a fully qualified driver with a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence.
