Job OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse position at Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the rehabilitation care needs of patients under your caseload.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive and safe patient journey while delivering professional and person-centred care.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you must possess:
- A 1st level Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration.
The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationships-building skills to work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
Patient-Centred Care: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to patients.
Benefits and RemunerationWe offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £26,407-£38,224 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide access to various benefits and training opportunities to support your career development.
