Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our community nursing team at Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the community setting.

What You Will Do:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop effective care plans
  2. Provide high-quality, person-centered care to patients in their homes or community settings
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address complex patient needs
  4. Maintain accurate records and report on patient progress

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Adult nursing and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • IT literacy and basic computer skills

Competitive Salary:

The salary for this role is £26,822-£35,059 per annum, offering a competitive package that reflects your skills and experience.
