Role Overview:
NHS Scotland seeks a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our community nursing team at Ayrshire Central Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in the community setting.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patient needs and developing effective care plans
- Providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients in their homes or community settings
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address complex patient needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Adult nursing and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- IT literacy and basic computer skills
