Job Description

As a registered nurse with HC-One, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and supporting the delivery of evidence-based nursing practices
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for our residents
  • Mentoring and supervising junior staff members to promote professional development and growth
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults and reporting concerns as necessary

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid DBS checks, uniform, and meal allowances.
