This esteemed care home provides 24-hour nursing dementia care, delivered by specialist teams trained in caring for individuals with dementia and other complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, with a focus on regulatory compliance
- Maintaining accurate patient records and utilizing modern technology
- Overseeing medication management and adhering to company policies and legislation
- Making informed decisions and taking timely action
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues, utilizing clinical expertise
- Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code
You will receive a competitive salary of £47,178 per annum, equivalent to £20.62 per hour, along with a range of benefits.
