Job Description
This role is based in our busy Care at Home service, where you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care at Home Assistants and Senior Care at Home Assistants. You will coordinate and schedule the delivery of services to support service users in maintaining independence within their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Care at Home Assistants and Senior Care at Home Assistants
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of services
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services
- Support service users to maintain independence within their own homes
What You'll Need
- Registered with SSSC within 3 months of start date
- Experience in care management
- Leadership skills
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,615 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
