Adult Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One Ltd. as a Night Shift Senior Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans. You will also be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through various social and recreational activities.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and colleagues and develop your skills and expertise in person-centered care planning and dementia care. We offer a comprehensive training program to support your professional development and help you achieve your career goals.
Requirements and Benefits- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is ideal.
- You must be able to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report any concerns.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
