Support Practitioner for Young Lady with Autism and Epilepsy

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Practitioner to join our team and provide transitional support to a young lady with Autism and epilepsy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and help them develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the young lady with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
- Support her in developing independence and confidence through activities and hobbies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide 24/7 support, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
- Good organisational skills.
