Our team provides 24-hour support, focusing on promoting independence and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing personalized support plans, building trust with the individuals, and empowering them to make informed choices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating tailored support plans based on individual needs.
  • Fostering positive relationships with the people you support.
  • Supporting individuals in activities they enjoy, such as walks, museum visits, arts, and horse riding.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including bill payments and decision-making.
  • Encouraging independence through life skills development and personal care.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members for holistic support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals with autism.
