The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues alike. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential, as you will be working closely with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs
  • Supporting individuals within the community and engaging with their hobbies and interests
  • Attending community groups and accompanying service users to activities they enjoy
