Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Home Support Worker to join our team in supporting an individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a learning disability in their own home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, household tasks, and engaging the individual in activities that promote their independence and well-being. You will also work closely with the individual's support team to develop and implement their care plan.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a person-centered environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in social care. We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, which equates to approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum (pro-rata).
