Support Worker in Autism Care

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in autism care. This role involves working with individuals with autism and other disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks and promoting their independence.
Key responsibilities will include assisting with meal preparation, medication, and appointments, as well as managing personal finances and providing emotional support. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
