Paper Industry Business Strategist - Commercial Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the waste paper industry as a Paper Industry Business Strategist - Commercial Manager. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing key customer accounts, and maximizing profitability in the market.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant sales or commercial management experience within the waste paper or recycling industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to foster revenue growth and expand market share, including identifying and pursuing potential customers, markets, and business opportunities, as well as cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers.

A strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the waste paper industry are essential for this role. You will also need to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000-$140,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
