We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Wheatsheaf Kirk Ella. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the culinary direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of chefs
