About the Job

Capel Manor College is a leading provider of land-based education, and we are now seeking an Apprenticeships Business Development Lead to join our Business Development Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing strategies to deliver agreed apprenticeship enrolment targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, academics, and other stakeholders to drive demand for our products.
  • Leading a small team to ensure excellent account management and customer service for existing and new employers.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in employer engagement and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and Adult provision.
  • Ability to shape and manage an effective team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary and Benefits:*

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • An excellent benefits package, including generous annual leave and access to a defined pension scheme.
