LDN Apprenticeships seeks a dedicated Corporate Responsibility Professional to fill the position of Responsible Business Practitioner. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact learners' careers by providing guidance and support throughout their apprenticeships.
About the PositionIn this capacity, you will work closely with our learners to help them develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed in their chosen fields. Your expertise will enable them to navigate the Corporate Responsibility landscape effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Coach and mentor learners to enhance their learning experience and ensure they meet their career objectives.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and progress reviews for all learners and keep employers informed about learner progress.
- Develop and implement engaging training programs, encompassing group sessions, live sessions, masterclasses, and in-person delivery days.
- Maintain adherence to quality procedures and best practices.
- Significant experience in Corporate Responsibility, gained either within a company, consultancy, or agency.
- Thorough understanding of the Corporate Responsibility spectrum and its diverse initiatives.
- Experience in teaching or coaching with a genuine passion for personal development.
- Proficiency in using software and systems such as MS Office, Salesforce, and Learner Management Systems.
- A profound commitment to helping individuals launch their careers at renowned organizations, inspiring excellence in training.
- Holding a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or equivalent is highly valued.
