Sustainable Healthcare Academy Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Sales Team as a Sustainable Healthcare Academy Partnership Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management or client success roles, ideally within apprenticeships, education, or workforce development sectors. They will have an understanding of apprenticeship frameworks and workforce development strategies, strong skills in gathering, analysing, and presenting data to demonstrate programme impact, and familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes relevant to the NHS and healthcare sector.

The key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing strategies to expand apprenticeship starts within NHS trusts using the Sustainable Healthcare Academy and other programmes within LDN's portfolio, organising and delivering NHS-specific webinars, workshops, and events to drive awareness and interest in LDN's apprenticeship offerings, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and management processes for NHS apprentices, conducting periodic quality assessments to maintain brand consistency in all external-facing communications and engagement with NHS partners, collecting and analysing data on apprenticeship performance within NHS organisations, and actively contributing to the creation of NHS-focused marketing content.

The salary for this role is £35-50k + excellent benefits, which include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, extra day of holiday for every year of service up to 3 years, home working/ flexible working, receive a company Apple MacBook or PC, workplace pension with 4% contribution, buy additional holidays, funky Head Office near Vauxhall/ Stockwell with free tea and coffee, quarterly prizes for top performers in the business, and regular social events including Summer and Christmas parties.
