About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Specialist to join our team, working within the delivery of quality, integrated services. You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive specialist assessments, developing personalised plans of care, and promoting healthy lifestyle practices to the general public.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to act as a non-medical prescriber, working within their sphere of clinical practice. If you are passionate about healthcare and have excellent leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
