We are seeking a dedicated NHS GP Specialist to join our team at the Lea Surgery. As a Salaried General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, developing care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.

This is a fixed-term salaried position, ideal for a newly qualified GP looking to gain experience and develop their skills in a busy primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality medical care to our patients, including routine and emergency consultations, home visits, and referrals to other care providers.
  • Develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to best practices recommended through clinical guidelines and audit processes.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced team of GPs and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annumRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • A Medical Practitioner registered with the GMC.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and efficiently with colleagues and patients.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing high-quality medical care in a primary care setting.
