NHS General Practitioner Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NHS General Practitioner to join our team at First 4 Health Group. As an NHS GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our registered practice population.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience of working in UK general practice, with a strong understanding of patient demand in deprived areas. They will also have experience in maintaining patient records at an acceptable standard for audit purposes.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop close working partnerships between individuals, teams, and organisations. The ideal candidate will be able to support and contribute to the development of Practice clinical procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal medical services to the registered practice population
- Ensure targets are met in terms of activity and quality
- Support and mentor GP Registrars, Medical Students, and other allied Health Professionals
- Manage surgeries and accurately input patient data onto the clinical system in a timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully registered with the GMC, General Practice (Vocational Training Scheme) trained, and on a PCT Medical Performers List. You will also require further qualifications relevant to general practice, such as MRCGP, and an Enhanced CRB Check & Current Certificate.
In addition, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work flexibly and with uncertainty in a developing and changing environment, and be committed to Continuing Professional Education.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
