We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physiotherapist to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be based at Newham University Hospital and will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role will involve providing specialist physiotherapy services to patients with pelvic health conditions, including incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain.

Responsibilities



  • To provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with pelvic health conditions
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • To conduct assessments and provide individualized treatments to patients
  • To participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements


We are looking for a physiotherapist with:



  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy (MSc or equivalent)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • At least 4 years of postgraduate experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
