HR Services Coordinator

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lidl GB as an HR Services Coordinator, supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including producing employment contracts, processing contractual changes, and maintaining employee master data in SAP HCM.
- Process a high volume of expenses claims and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data.
- Prepare reference letters and anniversary correspondence, and coordinate new starter welcome events.
- Ensure compliance with eligibility to work requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Support the wider HR team with new team member onboarding and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Proactive and solution-focused individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in HR services and systems, with a good level of knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and in line with compliance requirements, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team, with a passion for efficiency, simplification, and improvement.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
