About the Role:
Mistral Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Administrator to join our existing Sales Admin department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and provide product information
- Assist customers with product knowledge and training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Input data into our in-house database
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good command of the English language
- Numerate and IT literate
