Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our small team in our Chessington office as a Customer Service Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders and invoices with high attention to detail.
- Liaising with the external sales team daily to ensure customer accounts are up to date with pricing and agreements.
- Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone, including chasing deliveries and contacting carriers.
- Liaising with Head office and Warehouse to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Providing sales administration support for the external sales team, including completing customer data spreadsheets and documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage.
- A team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
