We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Branded Medical and Surgical Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in managing replenishment duties, bespoke customer ordering processes, and maintaining efficient stock levels.
Key Responsibilities- Replenishment and Inventory Management: Perform replenishment duties to ensure stock availability and maintain service levels of 99% or greater.
- Delivery and Stock Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on late deliveries and out-of-stock situations.
- Purchase Order Management: Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers and adjust purchase orders accordingly.
- Customer Communication: Review and maintain up-to-date customer messaging and lean inventory levels.
- Bespoke Customer Ordering: Manage bespoke customer ordering processes and support the supply chain team with various tasks.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve efficiencies within your managed product range.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, basic formulas).
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Industry Experience: Experience in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
- Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (training provided).
